Love Letters is an attempt to paint emotion in a language that needs no translation, feelings understood in every corner of the world, no matter the tongue we speak. The series approaches love not as a single feeling, but as everything we carry through time. At the heart of each bloom hides a swan: the human feeling given form, the source from which the whole flower unfolds. Each painting is a love letter written in paint, holding all that is too complex, too tender, to put into words.
